Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the winboc website located at https://winboc.cam ("Platform"), including all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through the Platform.

winboc is an English-language gambling information and entertainment brand serving Malaysian adults. The Platform provides sports betting guidance, live casino information, payment method documentation, VIP programme details, and responsible gambling resources.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager through services associated with winboc, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a winboc Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• You are a resident of Malaysia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently barred from the winboc Platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close associate of winboc or any affiliated entity;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the winboc Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and a secure password. You must update your registration details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. winboc accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC)

winboc is committed to preventing financial crime, underage gambling and account fraud. In accordance with these obligations, all Users must complete identity verification ("KYC") before any withdrawal is processed and, where circumstances require, before certain deposits are accepted.

Documents typically requested during KYC include:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo identity document: MyKad, driving licence or passport;
• Proof of current residential address: a utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months;
• Where an additional ownership verification is required: a clear selfie of the User holding their identity document.

Standard KYC review is completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission, though complex cases may take longer. Users should upload documents only through the secure HTTPS-protected winboc verification area. Documents should never be shared through unsecured messaging channels.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in the User's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. winboc currently supports the following Malaysian payment methods:

• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect;
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay;
• Instant bank transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange);
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20, subject to eligibility and current availability.

Processing times for e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are generally near-instant, while FPX and online banking transfers typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency confirmations may take 15 to 30 minutes depending on network conditions. All processing time estimates are approximate.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may vary based on account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the payment interface at the time of transaction. All transactions are denominated in MYR.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is approved;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, subject to available options;
• Any applicable bonus turnover requirements must be fully satisfied before the relevant funds are eligible for withdrawal;
• winboc reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing time beyond standard estimates;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal interface.

Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1 to 3 business days. Users with VIP Gold tier and above may benefit from prioritised withdrawal review as described in the VIP programme terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

winboc may offer promotional bonuses, loyalty rewards, birthday bonuses, referral incentives and migration credits from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all winboc promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is available to verified, eligible Users and may be subject to minimum deposit requirements;
• Bonus funds are subject to turnover requirements that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. These requirements vary by promotion and are stated at the point of offer;
• Turnover typically counts at different rates for different game types; slots may count at 100% while live casino games may count at a lower percentage. Specific rates are detailed per promotion;
• Multiple concurrent bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly permitted;
• winboc reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotion terms through coordinated wagering patterns, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed through winboc are subject to the market rules displayed at the time of wagering. In cases of ambiguity or dispute, winboc's interpretation of the applicable rules shall prevail, subject to these Terms.

Specific rules apply to the following betting formats and game types:

• Pre-match and live betting: Odds may be suspended or changed at any time prior to confirmation. Bets confirmed before a suspension are valid, subject to verification of result integrity;
• Mix Parlay: All selections must be confirmed as winners for the parlay to pay. A voided selection may reduce the parlay to the remaining legs at the platform's discretion;
• Live casino: All results are determined by the relevant game's declared rules. Network interruptions during a live session do not entitle a User to a refund unless the platform's system failure is confirmed;
• Slots and instant games: RTP is a long-term statistical measure and not a prediction of individual session outcomes. Results are determined by certified random number generation;
• Bets placed in error (e.g., by a minor, or due to obvious error in odds) may be voided at winboc's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the winboc Platform and constitute serious breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence or algorithmic wagering tools without prior written authorisation;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs or pricing mistakes to gain a systematic advantage;
• Attempting to launder funds or otherwise engage in activity that contravenes applicable anti-money-laundering obligations;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing winboc support staff or other Users;
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions, security controls or account verification requirements.

Where Prohibited Conduct is identified, winboc may immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, withhold or void pending withdrawals and bonuses, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the winboc Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, data, software, audio and video — is the intellectual property of winboc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database rights.

You may access and use winboc content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, republication or commercial exploitation of winboc content without express prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winboc excludes all warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, express or implied, relating to the Platform and its services.

winboc shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data or goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Technical interruptions, server failures, third-party payment provider delays or network outages outside winboc's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, which is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial or gambling advice.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. winboc's total aggregate liability to any User under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Responsible Gambling

winboc is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. The following tools and resources are made available to all Users:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings;
• Session time reminders: Users may activate session duration alerts;
• Self-exclusion: Users who feel they need a break from gambling may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting winboc support;
• Reality check notifications: Users may set periodic notifications displaying elapsed play time and net session activity.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may request closure of your winboc Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification checks and outstanding turnover obligations.

winboc may suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is evidence of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10;
• A User is found to be ineligible under Section 3;
• A User has requested self-exclusion;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal or security risk.

Upon permanent closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the User's verified payment method subject to standard KYC checks.

Amendments to These Terms

winboc reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winboc will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following means: an in-platform notification, a prominent notice on the winboc homepage, or an email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the winboc Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which winboc operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the winboc Platform shall, in the first instance, be addressed through winboc's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable period, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal or arbitration proceedings.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
